Our Team
Don has over 10 years of experience working closely with clients throughout the United States to address their tax, financial reporting, and business advisory needs. His wealth of experience and diverse client base allow him to counsel clients on a wide variety of business issues.
Don’s areas of practice include tax resolution, financial reporting, taxation and consulting, with specializations in construction, entrepreneurial merger and acquisitions, physicians, law practices and family owned business. In addition, Don has a niche in Financial Fraud Examinations, investigations and consulting. Don also has extensive experience in solving tax liability issues by representing clients before the IRS and other tax authorities for audits, offers in compromise, and penalty and interest abatements. In addition to traditional accounting, auditing, and tax services his experience includes assistance with financing arrangements and helping owners evaluate the overall financial health of their business. Don specializes in advising, representing, and preparing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and any entities with tax-reporting requirements.
In addition to running his practice full-time, Don is a non-tenure professor at 3 well known colleges in his area. Don educates in accounting, auditing, forensic accounting, and federal taxation at the undergrad and MBA level.

Don earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Scranton and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Wilkes University.
